This site is intended as a technical support resource for our customers.

You will need to log in to access the support portal.

Can't log in or first time here?

    • You need to be an existing customer to use the support portal. Make sure you're logging in with your full e-mail address.

    • If you are unable to log in, click the forgot password link to reset it - you'll get e-mailed a link.

    • If that doesn't work, send an e-mail to info@sirius.co.nz saying you can't log in or see below for more options.

Phone support (09) 940 7775

Phone support is generally available from 8:30am to 6pm Monday-Friday, with after-hours support available for customers with a current support contract - if you have one and are calling after-hours, have your priority call code handy.

Technical support for schools

Please use the "Help" button on your launch panel to access status and support for your school.
